Taking Down The Exhibit

Today I took down my first large solo show, at the Old North Restoration Group Gallery. I am grateful to Jessica Payne and Doug Weaver for their help throughout, and also to the many folks who stopped by. It makes sense to me, given the love of Urbania in my paintings, that they would have been on display in a space that exemplifies this love through its efforts in the surrounding community. It was special to me last Friday to see all of the young men and women from the Old North area strolling through the gallery, enjoying my works, and helping to paint a piano that Doug found and prepared. Thanks, once again, to all!

I am a multidisciplinary artist living in South Saint Louis, MO with my wife and our 2 cats. A lot of my art has to do with the experience of living in a thriving, diverse city.
